About artist
Lala Garbouz (aka LV213) is an independent visual mixed media artist and photographer. Her practice bridges the gap between photography and digital visual art, exploring themes of silence, internal distance, and the “space of absence.”
Drawing on a systemic background in marketing, Lala established her professional career in graphic design and photography. From 2015 to 2020, Lala served as a Nikon Ambassador, was a keynote speaker at major professional forums, and sat on the juries of prestigious national and international competitions.
Her works have been exhibited at the State Russian Museum (Marble Palace), the Museum of Contemporary History of Russia, and galleries across Europe. Her pieces are held in the permanent collection of the State Russian Museum and in private collections worldwide. Lala’s artistic excellence has been recognized with top honors at international awards, including Gold at the IPA CIS (USA), Silver at TIFA (Japan), and Bronze at PX3 (France).
